CHICAGO, Sep 03, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Fort Dearborn Income Securities, Inc. has set Tuesday, October 5, 2010 as the record date for determination of the shareholders entitled to vote at the Fund's annual meeting of shareholders, to be held on Friday, December 3, 2010. The matters to be considered at the annual meeting are the election of directors and to transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
