Dallas, TX,  April 20, 2005  -- Renaissance Capital Growth & Income Fund III, Inc. will hold its RENN Investor Conference on Friday, May 20, 2005, at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel in Dallas, Texas. The conference will begin at 8 a.m. with a continental breakfast and will conclude at 12:00 p.m. followed by a light lunch.
