Renaissance Capital Growth & Income Fund III Announces Third Quarter Distribution
Renaissance Capital Group, Inc.
Dallas, TX August 05, 2005 -- Renaissance Capital Growth & Income Fund III, Inc., (RENN), a leading closed-end fund, has announced that the Board of Directors approved a distribution of $0.10 per share.
The dividend will be payable on August 29, 2005, to shareholders of record as of August 15, 2005. With this dividend, the Fund will have paid $12.38 per share in cash distributions since inception in 1994.
RENN had a record performance in 2004 with paid cash distributions of $3.17 per share.
